First Multi-Housing Development in 40 Years: We've broken the housing development drought in our community by introducing the first multi-housing project since the 1980s. This development is a huge leap forward, providing affordable housing options and revitalizing our neighborhoods.
Pepper Street Paving: Through collaborative efforts with the cities of Rialto and San Bernardino, we've paved Pepper Street, a project that not only improves the infrastructure but also symbolizes our commitment to cross-city partnerships for the betterment of our citizens.
Nicholson Park Revitalization: The Nicholson Park revitalization, with over $9M investment starting in 2024, is set to transform our beloved park into a thriving community hub, offering a revitalized space for recreation, gatherings, and nature appreciation.
